Hotel Beló Isla Mujeres - All Inclusive

Good place to stay. Staff was very accomodating and helpful since the check in through checking out specially mateo. The room was excellent. My kids enjoy staying here . Highly recommended for staying at isla mujeres

Beautiful affordable not-crowded all-inclusive hotel, perfect for your social media pictures! Sabbath and Mateo provided excellent service at the lobby, and Tony kept our drinks coming at the rooftop pool, which we had for ourselves for an hour. We enjoyed getting in the private hot tub after the pool! The cook at the snack bar made delicious food not in the menu for us. Our room was beautiful and peaceful. The beach was beautiful, with no seaweed, plenty of places to take amazing pics! We'll be booking here again!

Hugo, Mateo, Eme and the lady at the front desk with the really pretty jewelry were so kind! They all stood out to me with how good their service was! Would definitely recommend this hotel for your stay in isla mujeres. It was all inclusive which I didn’t see on the website, there were multiple hot tubs and everyone was very accommodating. The drinks were weak but other then that 10/10 experience

Small boutique hotel. You'll need to take a taxi from the ferry to get to Hotel Belo. The cost for a taxi was between $150-$200 pesos depending on the time of day. Mateo will be waiting for you when you arrive. He will help you get situated at Hotel Belo. The beds are comfortable and great air conditioning in the room. It is worth buying the all inclusive meals and drinks package for this hotel. Try the Fiedo Seco, Belo Salad, Octopus, and the Mango Mezcalita. Don't forget to tip the wait staff. I left between $100 - $200 pesos for a tip. If you have time try the massage, it costs about $90 US dollars but is worth every penny. Nelly has magic hands!!! Now word of caution the massage location is on the beach. Sometimes you can hear people behind a curtain. A few other tips: the shower stall in the restroom is glass plated. So if you're going with friends and sharing a room you're given up modesty. The pool remains open into the evening. However the drink service stops at 6pm. The roof top bar closes at 8pm. The restaurant stays open till 11pm. The beach is beautiful but there is some seaweed. If you want to go swimming in the ocean you'll need to take a taxi to North Beach. North Beach was expensive but worth going once. Try the restaurants next door to Hotel Belo, which has street vendors in case you need to buy souvenirs, bathing suits, or other goodies. I will definitely be coming back to stay.

Relaxing and enjoyable The staff is incredible. Only one unfriendly face experienced during my entire two weeks January 19-30. Amazing staff, Mateo, Hugo, Abdel, Alberto, Hacel, Emme, Michelle, all amazing! The resort is modern and contemporary with 74 rooms, it's own restaurant and snack area, indoor and out. No sundries, which was surprising, but everything else. Three cold jacuzzi by the huge pool, with constant waterfall and very large pool bar, two hot jacuzzi on the roof, great infinity pool on the roof, amazing for sunset, and complete bar and party area on the roof, by the very good sized gym. The beach is small and quiet with beds and chairs, plus they offer massages for extra cost. The Ice Bar is next door, that can be loud during the day. The food was decent. There was some very good and some not very good. If you navigate and only eat the good items, the menu is great! All inclusive very much worth it. Food and drink are always readily available and offered often whether at the beach, around the pool, or at the snack area. Big fan, very much recommend if you're looking for a more quiet, relaxed all inclusive. 20 minute taxi or golf cart ride from the hotel to the ferry / north beach area where the main shopping and restaurant district is. I enjoyed being farther from the main area and having the private beach. 10 minute golf cart or taxi ride north of Punta Sur, great to catch the sunrise! Awesome resort, very much recommend! You have to want to be in this area of the island. Some nights I would go up north for food or music for a change of scenery. I do wish the room had a desk or couch and coffee table, some place to sit and work. The bed was two double beds put together, so it was enormous, taking up most of the room. It was a balcony room ocean view. Very enjoyable on the balcony.

This hotel is truly amazing... Great price, great location, great food, and great staff. Very nice fancy and comfortable furniture in the restaurant area, The rooftop view was breathtaking......but I must say what makes this hotel special is their employees I came here with my husband my mom and my brother. I was recently diagnosed with cancer and all staff without knowing anything were so nice made me forget everything and enjoy my trip. Starting by having Francisco and Cassandra in the lobby helping us with check in with a nice complementary beverage as soon as u arrive. Check in was smooth and easy they were very helpful and friendly they gave us very clear instructions and hotel rules. Continuing with Cathy, Tere and Janice from spa with their magic hands and beautiful energy...their massages are the best 100% recommended. The restaurant and bar crew takes the number 1 price they made our stay memorable. I work in the hospitality industry in Canada and i put attention to small little details that most people wouldn't see....Hugo, lupita, Alberto, "rob Schneider double", Carlos, a guy that was new he didn't had a shirt with name tag yet and barternder always with a net in his hair. They were all amazing, funny, caring and with great advices of things to do in the island and it felt like they genuinely care about us. I didn't meet anyone from kitchen but wow the food was delicious, it feels like now a days it's hard to find an all inclusive that has decent food. This one was extremely worth it 9 out of 10. As an advice dont change the quality of the food as thats reason why we chose this hotel because of good reviews for the food! Great job to the chef! Well I must specify for breakfast and dinner amazing...the snack bar food wasn't very good ceviche and guacamole YES! the other snacks NO. For drinks they were all very good especially the classic margarita but if I could ADD something would be getting some Baileys. Me among many people in the world like to have coffee with Baileys for breakfast only when im on vacation it's a ritual to start the day. Let's continue with Mateo in the entrance what a great guy very attentive and making sure our taxi was there ready for us or if we had to wait we had very nice chats we had while we waited..... and last but not least Maru very detailed housekeeping job the room was spotless and did a great job decorating one of our rooms for my brother's bday. There was only one guy that if you ask him for a drink you could tell that he wasn't happy to do it but at same time he is very young he doesn't understand how life works yet not a big deal. Overall an amazing vacation.We will be definitely coming back if god allows me...i love this place, truly paradise. Thank you BELO and staff for a memorable stay.

The hotel was great! The service was really good. We were very pleased with our stay. Mateo was very wonderful. We also received great service from Arnold and Hugo. I wish I remembered more names, but we were very pleased. Some of the food at the restaurant could have been a little better, but we would definitely come back again.
